Recieved an odd phone call from this number. Person knew my name, introduced himself as Sal and acted like we knew each other. Then proceded to call me a variety of vulgarities before I hung up the phone.
They are fast, polite and efficient in the lab. They do take payments for services at the registration desks, but they do not have change if you are paying cash. With cash you need to have the exact amount. They expect people to just pay with a credit card since most people do use credit cards. They should just change their policy to accept payment with credit card only and they should post a sign saying PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD ONLY ACCEPTED.
The hygiene in the er is terrible. Don’t know how they’re operational with such dirty conditions. This tray is what they use to put blood viles on and had someone else’s dried blood on it and the legs.
My daughter went in for three shots have been in there so far over an hour and 15 minutes way to long I never had a wait that long for shots go to university hospital much more timely service their run efficient

Surgery waiting room while new and clean the seating is extremely uncomfortable. Chairs only and not easy to sit in. SWGH’s waiting area is so much more comfortable. It has dim lighting and you could nap. This place is high lighting very bright. Makes for a very long wait. If I didn’t have to come here again I’d be happy!
Very clean and open space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I went in for X-rays & 40+ minutes later was finally called to confirm my insurance info- took a little over 10 minutes to do .. X-ray tech was great, he was efficient and even had a little sense of humor.
They were very pleasant and reacted quickly to my needs...thank you

I wouldn't work here they are not who they claiming to be treat other staff better then others and check on patients when they feel like it hospital is very nasty also talk about patients and have call lights going off for 20mins always short on staff always worried about other employees business instead of there own I wouldn't let my dog stay at this hospital very nasty
I am a new patient at kindred hospital and my interaction with all the staff has been a positive one. They are empathetic and knowledgeable and if they don't know an answer to a question they will research it and get back to me with the answer. All treatment modalities have been appropriate towards my condition. Dr Yacoub and Allison answer my questions and have been informative. Dietary has been great. The atmosphere here is great. Everyone is friendly and outgoing. I would highly recommend this hospital to friends, family or anyone in need.
The thing I like the most is at night up until at least 5 they let me rest. I have privacy because my room is private. It is quiet here which helps me sleep. The nurses are willing to do whatever I ask them to and are pretty quick about it which I appreciate. Therapy is good. The gym is very nice. They have worked with me and I no longer require the assistance of a walker. The beds are comfortable. The dialysis is really nice and they make it as pleasant as possible considering the circumstances. I would recommend this hospital to others. Dr. Chalisani is great and comes in every evening and explains things, speaks slowly, and is kind. He is pretty amazing.

My wife was a patient in this hospital for 3 weeks before she passed away. The doctors she has seen in this hospital demonstrated to me that they did not communicate with each other, which was very frustrating to us. I am under the impression that this hospital has gotten way too big to provide quality care by its doctors to the patients
My mother recently had surgery here. Parking can be a bit full making it hard to park and if you can park on site it is expensive. Outside of that it's a beautiful facility and the staff are top notch. Rooms are large and single patients with a couch for someone to stay the night. Food is average for a hospital but guest meals are available so you don't have to leave to find something. Overall, positive experience.
Great surgeon....room conditions unsanitary, with the exception of the night tech they leave you for very long periods of time in flith
